Titian Foundation (Titian) has a new Community Learning Centre or CLC. A rented house has been turned into a CLC, which also serves as a Titian branch office in Greater Jakarta.

Some activities are already conducted at CLC Tangsel, such as Scholarship Programme Counselling and Capacity Building as well as other periodical CLC Programmes that are open to the community such as Music (weekly) and English Mastery and Computer (bi-weekly).

CLC Tangsel also has library packed with books that appeal to all ages and cross-sections of the local community.
