Titian newest CLC (CLC Kaliurang) is now open for public. Located at Kilometer 24 of Jalan Kaliurang, just a couple of minutes’ drives from the portal marking the entrance to tourist sector of Kaliurang.

Mrs. Lily gave the opening remarks at the soft opening day on Saturday, August 25th, 2018 ; how Titian started and stresses the sole purpose of CLC Kaliurang which is for education. She shares the challenges Titian is facing still with education even after a decade since Titian begin to involve in education programme through Scholarship. Ibu Lily is apologetic if the centre is not fully equipped yet, but will fill it with facilities or equipment that are considered useful and beneficial for the whole community. A few of local respected leaders also gave their remarks and their feedback are valuable so we know how Titian is perceived and what programmes that can be useful for the community.

Already requested is English course for elementary school grades by SDN Banteng. The Elementary School is enthusiastic with Titian presence in the neighborhood and already set plan to do their literacy week at CLC Kaliurang. Other input is to improve capacity of their youth as unemployment rate is a concern on that area despite of Kaliurang is a touristy area with just six kilometers away from Mount Merapi.

CLC Kaliurang is equipped with Library and also Computer Lab. There is also a big room for training purposes that can accommodate 40 persons with classroom setting.
