Donations made to Titian Foundation are non-refundable.

If you made a mistake with your donation, please contact us at info@titianfoundation.org.

Titian Foundation will allocate Friends of Titian and other direct financial donations to programmes at our discretion. It is our policy not to provide information about the specific use of donations to donors. However, we are fully-audited ensuring that all donations are put to the best use.

When you submit your payment details, these details will be transferred to our payment provider, Midtrans, and your payment data will be collected and processed securely by them. You should make sure that you are aware of Midtrans’ privacy policy. Ensure that you are comfortable with how they will process your personal data before you make a donation.

Please note that we do not accept donations from political parties or religious organisations.

At Titian Foundation (Titian) we protect the data of all who interact with us. We set out the confidentiality terms of our website below.

I. The Information We Collect The Personal Data we collect may include:

  • First and last names
  • Email addresses
  • Phone numbers
  • Data submitted by those who donate via the Midtrans payment gateway which has its own confidentiality terms.

 

II. Purposes of Personal Information Collection and Use
We collect Personal Data for the purposes of:

  • Providing information about Titian.
  • Responding to enquiries about partnering with Titian.
  • Sending copies of the Titian World e-newsletter.
  • Other purposes disclosed at the time of collection.
  • Data related to financial donations made through MidTrans which has its own confidentiality terms.

Titian will only process Personal Data in ways that are appropriate for reason for which it was collected, or for purposes that the individual or company providing the Personal Data authorizes. Before we use your Personal Data for a purpose that is significantly different than the original purpose for which it was collected we will provide you with the opportunity to opt out.

 

III. Data Transfer to Third Parties and Disclosures for National Security or Law Enforcement
Under certain circumstances, we may be required to disclose your Personal Data in response to valid requests by public authorities or to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.

Under no other circumstances does Titian disclose personal data to third parties.

Titian maintains appropriate security measures to protect Personal Data from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, or disclosure.

 

V. Staff and Responsibilities
Only employees who need to access or know the Personal Data in order to accomplish their work have access to such Personal Data.
